Oncology RN Job in Santa Fe, NM

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel position in Oncology at CHRISTUS St Vincent Cancer Center Medical Office Building in Santa Fe, NM. This is a full-time role for 91 days, starting June 15, 2026.

Position Details:

• Day shift: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• No weekend requirement
• No on-call requirement
• No blocked scheduling
• Weekly pay: $2,660

Your Responsibilities:

• Practice independently in an oncology clinical setting with full awareness of all relevant patient care aspects
• Provide routine and complex nursing care, focusing on long-range patient goals and plans
• Apply the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—for assigned patients
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments according to appropriate protocols, monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate to other care providers as needed

Required Qualifications:

• RN license in state of employment or compact license required
• Chemotherapy certification required
• BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
