Ultrasound Technologist Vascular Job in North Providence, RI

You will work as an Ultrasound Technologist with vascular specialization at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence, Rhode Island. This is a 13-week contract assignment on day shift, running 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Your responsibilities include performing general and vascular ultrasound examinations in the hospital imaging unit. You will work with inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients, conducting abdominal, pelvic/transvaginal, renal, scrotal, and vascular ultrasound procedures. You must recognize urgent findings and promptly notify the interpreting provider when clinically indicated.

Scheduling and Rotation:

• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
• On-call rotation: 1 week per month
• Weekend rotation: 1 weekend per month
• Holiday rotation included

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent general ultrasound experience
• Independent hospital imaging experience required
• ARDMS RDMS certification in Abdomen and OB/GYN
• Current BLS certification
• RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) certification

Compensation:

Weekly pay is $2,740. The assignment begins November 4, 2026, and runs for 91 days.

You will be an Allied Health Professional working within a structured hospital environment. Your role is central to diagnostic imaging operations, and you will collaborate with radiologists and other clinical staff to deliver accurate, timely ultrasound services across multiple patient populations.
