CT Technologist Job in Mammoth Lakes, CA

Mammoth Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to join its radiology department. You will perform a variety of radiographic and computed tomography procedures at a skilled technical level, working rotating shifts of four 10-hour days per week with a variable schedule of 30–40 hours weekly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Perform CT exams, routine radiographic procedures, and fluoroscopic procedures including pediatric, adult, trauma, routine, portable, STAT, and surgical cases
• Apply prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes under physician direction
• Assist radiologists with diagnostic CT procedures and record information for physician dictation
• Maintain quality assurance of all department equipment, track mechanical failures, and issue service requests
• Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure appropriate supply levels
• Verify the existence and accuracy of exam requests and consents
• Potential to cover in the orthopedic clinic for approximately half your time

Required qualifications:

• California Registered Radiologic Technologist license
• California Registered Fluoroscopy permit
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification
• CT, X-ray, and fluoroscopy experience

This position runs for 91 days, with a start date of June 15, 2026. Weekly compensation is $3,328.80. You will work at Mammoth Hospital in Mammoth Lakes, providing direct patient care and supporting the diagnostic imaging mission of the facility.
