Interventional Radiology RN Job in Clearwater, FL

Morton Plant Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Interventional Radiology department in Clearwater, Florida. This is a 91-day travel assignment with a 4x10 day shift schedule at $2,500 weekly pay, starting October 26, 2026.

Role Overview

You will support a busy Interventional Radiology department at a Comprehensive Stroke hospital. Your responsibilities include patient care, monitoring, and documentation using the Cerner charting system. You will work with adult and geriatric patients across a daily census of approximately 35 patients. On-call coverage is required; however, there are no weekend requirements for this position.

Scope and Support

You may float within scope to meet facility needs, including potential rotation to a nearby affiliate hospital. The facility provides robust interdisciplinary support through IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and Transportation services.

Requirements

• Active Florida or Compact nursing license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Ability to pass EKG exam (3 attempts maximum)
• Cerner charting system experience preferred

Additional Details

First-time travelers are welcome. Local candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility. You will wear royal blue scrubs. Two pre-approved time-off days are available during your assignment.
