Telemetry RN Job in Germantown, TN

Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Medical Surgical Telemetry unit. You will care for adult and geriatric patients in a 42-bed unit that handles medical oncology, gynecology surgery, general medical-surgical cases, and observation patients.

Role Details

• Work 3x12 night shifts with patient ratios of 1:5–6
• Care for overflow, post-surgical, and observation patients
• Perform telemetry monitoring and IV starts
• Support unit transition to team nursing model with LPN assistance
• Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as needed
• Float to like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius if necessary

Requirements

• Current Tennessee RN license or compact license compliant with NLC guidelines
• BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 2 years recent medical-surgical experience
• Minimum 1 year travel nursing experience (first-time travelers not considered)
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
• ADN acceptable; BSN not required
• EPIC experience preferred

Assignment Details

• 91-day contract starting July 13, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,073.60
• Weekend block scheduling may be considered; standard block scheduling not accommodated
• Holiday work requirement: must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) if they fall during your assignment
