<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics - CRT</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Minimum 1 year of experience required<br>• Level III NICU experience preferred<br>• Pediatric/nursery experience preferred<br>• Basic critical care experience required<br>• Previous charge experience preferred<br>• Patient ratio of 7:1 for both day and night shifts<br>• Self-scheduling available<br>• Weekend coverage required<br>• No float or call requirements<br>• 40 hours of orientation provided<br>• Required certifications: BLS, RRT<br>• Epic charting system experience strongly preferred<br>• Must complete modules during first 16 hours of orientation (2-3 hours average)<br>• Skills include adult critical care, emergency department procedures, intubation assist, airway management, ventilator weaning, and tracheostomy care<br>• Experience with various respiratory equipment including BiPAP, CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, and mechanical ventilation<br>• Work with diverse patient age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adults<br>• License must be in-hand before start date<br>• Must complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This 325-bed healthcare facility provides comprehensive respiratory and critical care services with specialized units including ICU, emergency department, and NICU. The facility offers interdisciplinary support through respiratory services and rapid response teams, utilizing advanced technology and Epic charting systems.
