<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics - CRT</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Minimum 1 year of experience required<br>• Level III NICU experience preferred<br>• Pediatric/nursery experience preferred<br>• Basic critical care experience required<br>• Previous charge experience preferred<br>• Patient ratio of 7:1 for both day and night shifts<br>• Self-scheduling available<br>• Weekend coverage required<br>• No float or call requirements<br>• 40 hours of orientation provided<br>• Required certifications: BLS, RRT<br>• Epic charting system experience strongly preferred<br>• Must complete modules during first 16 hours of orientation (2-3 hours average)<br>• Skills include adult critical care, emergency department procedures, intubation assist, airway management, ventilator weaning, and tracheostomy care<br>• Experience with various respiratory equipment including BiPAP, CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, and mechanical ventilation<br>• Work with diverse patient age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adults<br>• License must be in-hand before start date<br>• Must complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This 325-bed healthcare facility provides comprehensive respiratory and critical care services with specialized units including ICU, emergency department, and NICU.
