PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Provide coverage in an orthopedic outpatient hand therapy clinic
• Work primarily in the Bishop, CA outpatient clinic
• 1:1 patient care with one 45-minute appointment every hour
• Perform appropriate evaluation tests and measurements based on patient diagnosis
• Develop treatment plans and reassess and revise every 12 visits or earlier based on patient progress
• Perform physical therapy techniques and modalities appropriate to the diagnosis
• Document progress reports in a timely manner to coincide with physician follow-up visits and assist with insurance compliance
• Active in both inpatient and outpatient services, interacting with all hospital departments and medical staff
• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience preferred
• Experience in hand therapy required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of California
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Certified Hand Therapist certification preferred
