Med Surg RN Job in Nashville, TN

You'll work as an RN on the 7 Tower unit at Centennial Medical Center, a 33-bed med-surg floor with 5:1 patient ratios. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting May 18, 2026.

Your shift and schedule:

• 3x12 nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• Every other weekend required
• Flexibility for time-off requests and special scheduling needs
• Rotating float to other units as needed with other travelers

Your role:

• Deliver direct patient care and handle routine medical and surgical procedures
• Use the Meditechs documentation system
• Complete patient whiteboards as part of unit standards
• Collaborate with charge nurses, RNs, nursing techs, and the unit secretary
• Maintain a team-oriented approach in a supportive environment

What we need from you:

• Current RN license
• BLS certification
• Basic med-surg knowledge and experience
• Scrubs in navy blue, black, royal blue, or gray

You'll earn $1,918.44 per week. The unit welcomes first-time travelers and values a positive, collaborative culture.
