Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech

Job Details:

• Primary shift hours are 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Call schedule includes 6 weekday nights (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 weekend 24-hour call shifts per 6-week schedule
• Holiday call possible
• Call response time required within 30 minutes
• No floating requirements
• Perform all sterile processing roles within the Surgery department (3 ORs), OB, ER, and clinics
• Common cases include ortho trauma, total joints, da Vinci robot, sports medicine, OB/GYN, and urology
• Experience in ortho trauma and robotics required
• Responsible for disinfecting and sterilizing general sets and robotics equipment
• No GI procedures performed at this facility
• Must be comfortable working in snowy conditions
• Scrubs provided by the facility
• Charting system: EPIC
• Care setting: Acute
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) via HSPA, and Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPDT) via CBSPD
• Must have a valid driver's license on file and be within 60 miles of the facility
