Opportunity:

Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician / Radiology

Job Details:

• Work variable shifts anytime between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Minimum 1 year experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Work with adult to geriatric patient population
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R or ARRT N
• Epic charting system experience required
• Red scrubs required
• Rotate through 4 SPECT locations and 1 Cardiac PET department
• Cardiac-focused department with average case load of 10 patients per day at each site
• Work every other weekend unless specified elsewhere
• Occasional weekend call during the day (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Float within facility/scope of practice as needed between all locations
• Expected to work holidays based on assignment period - 1-2 holidays if they fall during assignment
• Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed
• RTO blackout dates: Spring Break (April 4th-12th)
• Work with equipment including Spectrum Dynamics, NucTrac/Syntrac, and Syngo Dynamics
• Required skills include adenosine infusion, bone scans, brain scans, exercise/rest tests, nuclear cardiology, persantine infusion, pharmacological stress, renal scans, SPECT, myocardial imaging, and IV management
