Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour and 8-hour night shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Work every 2nd or 3rd weekend
• Float to Oconomowoc Memorial, Mukwonago, and other units as needed based on census
• No on-call or callback requirements
• 3 years of experience required with comfort working in critical care environment
• NICU experience required
• Current EPIC charting experience within last 12 months required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT or CRT license, Wisconsin RRT license
• Unit-specific skills in emergency and critical care, specifically NICU
• Must be hard worker, resilient, and manage change well
• Social candidates preferred
• Any scrub color permitted
• Associate degree or certificate required
• Guaranteed hours except during holidays when unit is closed
• Float assignments based on clinical skills and approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency
