Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday
• See an average of 10 patients per day Monday through Thursday and 5 patients on Friday
• Sessions are scheduled every 45 minutes including evaluations
• 1:1 patient ratio with 45 minutes per session
• Double booking is rare with a maximum of 1-2 double bookings per day; Medicare patients are never double booked
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• Holiday coverage may occasionally be required
• May be required to float within scope to meet facility needs or between sister facilities
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; outpatient setting experience required
• First-time travelers accepted with outpatient experience
• SC or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License required at start of contract
• BLS certification required
• Charting system: Epic
• Scrub color: Charcoal gray
