CT Technologist Job in West Valley, UT

Holy Cross Hospital - West Valley is seeking a CT Technologist to join their imaging department on a 91-day travel assignment. You will work 11.5-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Tuesday through Friday, with no weekend requirements and no on-call responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform standard CT imaging with focus on stroke and trauma scanning
• Operate two CT scanners, including Phillips 64-Slice and 16-Slice models
• Manage 35–45 imaging studies per day
• Float to X-ray coverage as needed when staffing demands require
• Execute tech-to-nurse handoffs and complete incident reporting when necessary
• Transport patients to the ER and manage room setup and cleaning protocols, including EVS coordination
• Perform IV insertion when clinically appropriate, though this is not a routine duty
• Use Carestream and Phillips portable CT equipment and DR room imaging systems
• Chart and manage imaging data in Epic EMR and FIJI PACS systems

Required Qualifications

• BLS certification (AHA)
• ARRT (R) certification
• ARRT (CT) certification
• Utah state radiologic technologist license
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work within a 60-mile radius of the facility

Additional Information

You will wear grey scrubs per department dress code and must provide your own radiology badge. Holiday work is required. This position offers a weekly pay rate of $876, with an assignment start date of October 26, 2026.
