MRI Technologist Job in Athens, GA

St. Mary's Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 90-day travel assignment in Athens, Georgia. You will work Monday through Friday on the day shift, with call responsibilities as part of your role.

About the Role

As an MRI Technologist, you will operate magnetic resonance imaging equipment and perform a range of imaging procedures. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating MRI equipment according to established protocols and safety standards
• Performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures with precision and accuracy
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
• Maintaining MRI equipment and adhering to all safety protocols
• Documenting patient information and imaging results accurately in medical records

Assignment Details

This is a 90-day contract assignment beginning June 8, 2026. You will work a 5x8 schedule, Monday through Friday on day shift. Call responsibilities are required as part of this position.

Compensation

Weekly pay for this assignment is $2,574.

You hold an Allied Health Professional credential as an MRI Technologist. You are detail-oriented, patient-focused, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy in medical imaging. You work well in a collaborative healthcare environment and are responsive to the needs of patients and clinical teams.
