Physical Therapist Job in Alliance, NE

You will provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings at Box Butte General Hospital in Alliance, Nebraska. Your patient population will range from pediatrics to geriatric, with a focus on non-acute cases including post-surgical and orthopedic rehabilitation.

Schedule and Expectations

• Work 5x8 rotating shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
• Work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every two months
• Assignment duration: 88 weeks
• Start date: May 12, 2026

Support and Professional Development

• Orientation held every Wednesday with three days of classroom training and one shift with a preceptor
• Mentorship program with an assigned mentor
• Monthly in-service meetings with staff members

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Nebraska
• BLS certification through American Heart Association
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy settings
• Professional supervisor references from the past three years
• Skills checklist to be completed within one year of start date
• Reliable personal transportation required; ride-sharing services are not available in the area

Compensation
