CVOR Technologist Surgical Tech Job in San Bernardino, CA

You'll work as a Surgical Tech in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) at St Bernardine Medical Center in San Bernardino, CA. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning May 26, 2026.

Schedule & Hours

• Day shift: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday–Wednesday and Friday–Sunday (Thursdays off)
• On-call every other weekend
• 4×10 schedule
• Hospital may cancel up to 3 shifts during this assignment

Your Role

You will primarily single scrub cardiac cases in CVOR. On days with fewer cardiac procedures, you'll scrub into the main OR for orthopedic, neurological, vascular, robotic, urological, general, and gynecological surgeries. You'll work in an acute care setting and use the Cerner charting system.

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional credential
• BLS Certification (current)
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA Certificate
• License submission required

Compensation

You'll earn $1,985.60 per week.
