IR Technologist (Interventional Radiology) - IR Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Every other weekend (EOW) requirement
• On-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Weekend call coverage from Friday 4:00 PM through Monday 7:30 AM
• First to float when needed
• Handle average of 2-4 cases per day
• Work with various patient types including dialysis catheter, IVC, TIPPS, and CT biopsy support
• No pediatric patients, but may work with inmate population
• Required certifications: ARRT (R), BLS Certification, Fluoro
• ARRT (RT)(R) preferred with (VI) certification
• Work with equipment including GE Innova, MedRad Injector, GE Logic Book, and Angiojet
• Use Cerner and RADNET electronic medical record systems
• BSN degree required
• Scrub color: teal
• Located on second floor within Imaging Department
• Support two campuses with 2 techs scheduled during day shift
