PACU RN Job in Lebanon, NH

You will provide direct patient care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at D-H Medical Center, a 34-bed recovery facility serving multiple surgical specialties. As a Registered Nurse, you'll work a 4x10 day schedule with shift options at 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, or 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, allowing you to maintain consistent days-only availability without weekend or on-call responsibilities.

Your Role

You'll deliver pre- and post-operative recovery care during Phase One recovery, maintaining a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio. Your patients will come from diverse surgical specialties, including gynecology, orthopedics, plastics, vascular, cardiology, and general surgery. You'll monitor vital signs, manage pain, assess neurological status, and support patients through their immediate post-operative period.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification preferred

Schedule & Compensation

This is an 89-day travel assignment beginning July 6, 2026. You'll work 40 hours per week across four 10-hour shifts. Weekly pay is $2,774. The day-shift-only schedule with no weekend or on-call commitments makes this ideal for nurses seeking predictable hours and work-life balance.
