ED RN Job in El Paso, TX

Join Las Palmas Medical Center El Paso as an RN in the Emergency Department for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with 4 weekend days required and no on-call obligations.

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Manage a patient ratio of 4:1
• Perform IV insertion, EKG monitoring, Foley catheter insertion and removal, and lumbar punctures
• Assist with central lines and moderate sedation procedures
• Perform cardioversion as needed
• Monitor patients using ventilators, EKG machines, and teleneuro monitoring equipment

Required Certifications:

• BLS
• ACLS
• TNCC
• ENPC
• CPI

Preferred Certifications:

• PALS
• STABLE
• NRP

Work Environment:

You'll use a Level 3 electronic medical record system and work alongside 1 CNC, 1 HUC, 6–7 RNs, and 2 PCTs/Paramedics on the night shift. Cobalt or royal blue scrubs are required.

This assignment begins May 4, 2026, and offers weekly pay of $1,708.20.
