Description
<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - Orthopedics</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work rotating shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week<br>• 16-week assignment duration<br>• Provide 24/7 inpatient care for adults requiring continuous cardiac and physiologic monitoring<br>• Care for patients with cardiac arrhythmias, heart failure, myocardial infarction, post-procedure cardiac/vascular conditions, pulmonary disease, and other medical/surgical diagnoses<br>• Manage scope of care ranging from routine telemetry monitoring to high-acuity patients who may require ICU escalation<br>• Previous experience in orthopedic/post-op care required<br>• 2+ years staff RN experience in Cardiac Telemetry, Progressive Cardiac Care, or Cardiac Stepdown required<br>• Previous Float Pool experience highly preferred<br>• EPIC EMR experience required<br>• Required certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, AHA or APEX NIHSS<br>• Work with telemetry-trained RNs and Float Pool support for flexible, system-wide coverage<br>• Care guided by evidence-based practice and ANA staffing principles</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility operates comprehensive telemetry services providing specialized cardiac and physiologic monitoring for adult patients.
