Physical Therapist Job in New Braunfels, TX

You will work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient rehabilitation setting in New Braunfels, Texas. This position offers 36 hours guaranteed per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours, depending on patient volume and facility needs. Overtime must be approved by the director before any additional hours are worked.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Treating outpatient rehabilitation patients across multiple clinic locations, with potential to float to Results, Boerne, 2252/Potranco, and 2418
• Seeing 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Managing double-booked follow-up visits as part of the standard workflow
• Delivering direct patient care and therapeutic intervention within your scope of practice

This assignment is well-suited for physical therapists with outpatient experience. New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply. You will work a 5×8 day shift schedule.

The assignment runs for 89 weeks, with a start date of June 29, 2026. Weekly pay is $1,959.03. Local candidates living within 50 miles of New Braunfels will receive local rate compensation.
