Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job in San Angelo, TX

You'll work as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Shannon Medical Center in San Angelo, Texas, performing nuclear medicine stress tests in a busy cardiology setting. This is a 91-day travel position with a 5x8 day shift schedule and weekly pay of $2,793.60.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine stress tests with a typical volume of 15–16 patients per day
• Rotate through General Nuclear Medicine, Cardiac Nuclear Medicine, and Oncology PET/CT services
• Participate in rotating weekly and holiday call as needed
• Work weekend shifts as determined by unit needs
• Complete required lab work within 72 hours of accepting the offer

What You'll Need

• Current Texas license in hand
• ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification
• ARRT N* and BLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of nuclear medicine experience
• Cardiology experience preferred
• Demonstrated travel healthcare experience preferred
• Strong nuclear cardiology and hospital skills

This assignment begins May 18, 2026. You must be willing to travel and meet all credential requirements before your start date. Local candidates within a 110-mile radius are not eligible for this position.
