PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting physical mobility or functional independence
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services including sports and orthopedic rehabilitation
• Deliver pediatric rehabilitation services
• Conduct neurological and stroke rehabilitation
• Perform balance and dizziness rehabilitation
• Provide wheelchair seating assessments
• Treat neck, back and extremity conditions
• Must be able to travel to multiple points of care
• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
