Opportunity:

RN - Endoscopy

Job Details:

• Work in a 4-room endoscopy procedure unit on the 2nd floor of main hospital
• Handle approximately 20-30 patients through the department each weekday
• Trained to admit patients, circulate and scrub in procedural cases, recover and discharge patients
• Perform typical procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, and bronchoscopy
• Work with Olympus scopes and Provation procedural documentation
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Must have 2 years of RN experience required
• PACU or ICU experience preferred but not required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Weekday and weekend call required for all staff including PRN
• Night shift on-call only
• Rare floating to other areas
• Must wear hospital-issued scrubs following surgical attire policy
• No visible piercings allowed
• Must be comfortable in fast-paced, frequently changing situations
• Team-oriented with quick learning abilities and multi-tasking skills required
