Operating Room RN Job in Boise, ID

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a 90-day travel assignment starting July 12, 2026. You'll work a 4x10 schedule with regular day shifts and on-call responsibilities, earning $2,574 per week.

Schedule & Shift Details

• Primary shifts: 10-hour days from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, four days per week
• Call coverage: Two to three 12-hour shifts per six-week rotation on Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• One call shift per week required
• Holiday call coverage required when holidays fall on weekdays
• You may be asked to stay up to 2 hours past your scheduled end time to complete cases running past 5:00 PM
• Extended hours are compensated as on-call time

Clinical Requirements

• Proven experience in Trauma, Neuro, and Orthopedic procedures
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Valid Idaho nursing license required at time of assignment start

You'll be part of a surgical team performing a wide range of cases in a busy operating room environment. This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Your expertise in multiple surgical specialties will be essential to patient safety and surgical team success.
