OR RN Job in West Des Moines, IA

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room at MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center. Your role is to provide direct surgical nursing care, supporting surgeons, anesthesia teams, and patients throughout perioperative procedures.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive surgical nursing care in the operating room environment
• Respond to on-call needs as required by the department
• Support surgical teams and ensure patient safety during procedures
• Maintain operating room protocols and standards

Schedule & Duration:

• Four 10-hour day shifts per week
• Intermittent weekend shifts required
• Intermittent on-call availability required
• 90-day contract
• Start date: August 2, 2026

Compensation:

• $2,574 weekly

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure
