Occupational Therapist Job in Fayetteville, GA

You will work as an Occupational Therapist in the acute care setting at Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, Georgia. This is a 140-day travel assignment offering weekly pay of $2,419.20.

Schedule and Hours

• 4x10 days shift: 7:30 AM–6:00 PM (preferred)
• Alternative 5x8 schedule available: Mon/Wed 9:45 AM–6:15 PM; Tues/Thurs/Fri 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Every other weekend coverage required
• No call responsibilities
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed per contract
• Work major holidays that fall during your assignment period

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients in acute care
• Float within facility and to outpatient facility as needed, within your scope of practice
• Work with orthopedic conditions, dynamic splints, functional splints, and static splints
• Support patients with amputee care, upper and lower extremity rehabilitation
• Treat patients with Parkinson's disease, arthritis, and progressive neurological disorders
• Use Epic charting system

Requirements

• Georgia State License
• BLS certification
• NBCOT certification
• Minimum 1 year experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Epic charting system experience required
• Full compliance and all documents due Tuesday prior to start date
