Opportunity:

Pharmacist - Pharmacist Inpatient Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team contributing professional/clinical knowledge and skills in patient care provision and management
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Work every other weekend
• No on-call responsibilities
• 16-hour shifts
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Overtime and holiday pay at 1.15x multiplier
• Callback pay at 1.5x multiplier with 2-hour minimum
• Charge/precept differential of $6/hour
• Billable overtime after 40 hours per week (36-40 hrs/week) or after 48 hours per week (48 hrs/week)
• At least 2 years of previous experience required
• Hospital experience preferred (2 years)
• At least 1 travel contract completed preferred
• Sterile compounding experience required
• EPIC experience required
• Iowa state license required
• Primary adult med/surg critical care experience
• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility
• Required documents: driver's license, work history/resume, skills checklist (completed within 1 year), license verification, required certifications, and 1 supervisory reference
