Respiratory Therapist Job in Waukesha, WI

You will work as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This is a 26-week contract assignment beginning June 22, 2026.

Shift and Schedule

• 3x12-hour night shifts
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every 2nd or 3rd weekend required with holiday rotation
• No on-call or callback requirements

Compensation and Assignment Details

• Weekly pay: $2,592
• Float to Oconomowoc Memorial, Mukwonago, and other units as needed based on census
• Shift scheduling flexibility may be required

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Comfortable working in critical care environments
• Current Wisconsin RRT license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• RRT or CRT license required
• Associate degree or certificate in respiratory therapy required
• Current EPIC charting experience within the last 12 months
• Emergency and critical care unit-specific skillset
• Willing to train in NICU where the greatest need exists

Role Expectations

• You will deliver emergency and critical care respiratory services
• You will manage patient airway and ventilatory support
• Flexibility with shift scheduling as needed
• You will not be asked to work outside your clinical skills unless approved by you, the unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency
• Any scrub colors are permitted
