Job Details:

• Work 12.5-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Provide respiratory care in critical care areas with protocol ventilator management
• Perform patient assessments and implement respiratory care based on evaluate-and-treat process
• Administer aerosolized medications, bronchial hygiene, volume expansion, oxygen and medical gas therapy
• Conduct ventilator management, weaning, and waveform graphic interpretation
• Perform airway management including intubation, extubation, trach tube changes and care
• Execute arterial blood gas sampling and analysis
• Assist in invasive and non-invasive procedures, cardiac service procedures, and pulmonary diagnostic testing
• Provide patient and family education and mentor new employees
• Maintain electronic documentation, charting, and billing accuracy
• 0-2 years clinical experience with minimum 6 months critical care experience required
• Critical care, emergency department, and pediatric experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (within 180 days), NBRC-RRT, RCP
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and computer proficiency required
