Opportunity:

Interventional Radiologic Technician - IR Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts, four days a week Monday through Friday
• On-call required from 17:00 to 07:00
• Weekend call rotation every fourth weekend, with potential for more based on staffing requirements
• Work with adult patients ages 18 and older
• Patient ratios of 3 to 4 per case, combination of Radiology Techs and RNs
• Administer common drips including Heparin infused Saline
• Potential to float to C-Arm coverage in OR/ENDO procedures
• Work with technology including EPIC, PACS, Siemens Artis-Q machines, and PURE Software
• Graduation from an American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of Radiologic Technology required
• New York state license required
• BLS certification required
• ARRT certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required, 2 years preferred
• Local candidates accepted with local rate applied
• 75-mile radius rule applies
