Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Pharmacist - Pharmacist Inpatient Outpatient</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team contributing professional/clinical knowledge and skills in patient care provision and management<br>• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses<br>• Work every other weekend schedule<br>• No on-call responsibilities<br>• 16-hour shifts<br>• EPIC EMR system experience required<br>• Minimum 2 years of previous experience required<br>• Prefer 2 years of hospital experience<br>• At least 1 travel contract completed preferred<br>• Sterile compounding experience required<br>• Primary focus on adult medical/surgical and critical care<br>• Iowa state license required<br>• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility<br>• Driver&#39;s license, work history/resume, skills checklist (completed within 1 year), license verification, required certifications, and supervisory reference required for submission</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates multiple trauma centers with varying levels of care including level 1, 2, 3, and 4 trauma centers across different locations.
