Registered Nurse - Cath Lab @ Cleveland Clinic Indian River Medical Center - Nursing

<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - Cath Lab</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 12-hour shifts with 36 guaranteed hours for 3x12&#39;s or 40 guaranteed hours for 8/10&#39;s<br>• On-call requirement for evenings and weekends<br>• Minimum 18 months RN experience required, 2 years preferred<br>• First-time travelers accepted<br>• Float within scope to meet facility needs<br>• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross ACLS and BLS<br>• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel plus nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required<br>• Scrub color: Ceil Blue<br>• EPIC charting system experience required<br>• EKG and pharmacy test required during orientation with 2 attempts maximum<br>• Time-sensitive modules must be completed pre-start (6-15 hours average)<br>• Skills include: Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, left and right heart catheterization, pulmonary artery line monitoring, procedural sedation administration, and dysrhythmia interpretation<br>• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application<br>• Compliance documents due Monday prior to start date<br>• Two references from direct supervisor/manager required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This 332-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital provides comprehensive cardiac services with advanced catheterization laboratory capabilities.
