About this role
You'll work as an Electrophysiology Technician at Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital in Phoenix, providing essential technical and clinical support during electrophysiology and cardiac catheterization procedures. This role is hands-on and collaborative, requiring you to anticipate the needs of the care team and respond quickly to physician requests.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and patient support throughout electrophysiology and cardiac catheterization procedures
- Communicate continuously with the physician regarding patient condition and procedural progress
- Assist the physician during cases as needed
- Operate all equipment safely and correctly, following established protocols
- Assess the procedure room for equipment functioning and readiness prior to each case
- Obtain and organize supplies to ensure all appropriate needs of the Cardiac Cath Lab team are met
- Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Draw blood as required for patient care
Position Details:
This is a 91-day travel assignment with a start date of July 8, 2026. You'll work three 12-hour shifts per day from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekly pay is $2,801. Scrub colors required are navy blue.
You must hold a valid Allied Health Professional credential and be prepared to deliver skilled technical support in a fast-paced cardiac environment. Your ability to work efficiently with physicians and nursing staff while maintaining the highest standards of patient care will be essential to success in this role.
