PACU RN Job in Oklahoma City, OK

You will provide post-anesthesia care unit nursing services at OU Health in Oklahoma City, working 3x12 night shifts. This is an 89-day travel assignment beginning June 1, 2026, with weekly pay of $2,530.80.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures
• Assess patient vital signs and neurological status
• Manage pain and comfort measures for post-operative patients
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams for patient care transitions
• Ensure patient safety during the recovery process
• Document patient progress and recovery milestones
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care instructions

You will work alongside experienced surgical and anesthesia teams in a fast-paced recovery environment. Your nursing expertise will be essential in supporting patients through their immediate post-operative period and preparing them for discharge or floor placement. The night shift schedule offers a consistent routine while you deliver quality care during critical recovery hours.
