PCU - Progressive Care Unit

RN - Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts with day/night rotation: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Shifts may be variable based on operational needs of the hospital
• Assignment to HVTI-Stepdown unit with potential to float to units J1-2, J33 and ED for same patient population
• Must have 18 months of permanent experience in stepdown specialty prior to travel
• Must have 18 months of recent stepdown experience (travel experience will suffice)
• PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required
• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Must work at least every other holiday
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation with acceptable scores required
• Two attempts maximum to pass assessments or will be canceled
• Use Qualivis Lotus system for submitting hours worked
• Complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules via Silkroad system
• Must complete badging and fingerprinting at facility prior to start date
