Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts with every other weekend requirement
• Must have written confirmation of comfort and awareness of every other weekend requirement prior to submission
• Minimum 2 years experience required with children's hospital experience within the last 3 years
• Must have Labor & Delivery experience as primary placement will be in L&D
• NICU experience required with minimum 2 years experience
• Home unit assignment of NICU, PICU, or Peds determined at facility but can change based on need
• Required to float to PICU and some Peds Acute Care areas
• Must work with patient age groups including neonates, infants, and pediatrics
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBRC RRT, NRP (required for L&D placement), Indiana State License
• PALS preferred but not required
• Education must be accredited by CoARC and regionally accredited by CHEA
• Must have Indiana license and certifications in hand to submit
• First time travelers accepted
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Floating is 100% required for all travelers
• Skills include aerosol setup, ventilator management, ABG interpretation, tracheostomy care, and various respiratory medications
• Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only
