PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant Rehab

Job Details:

• Work with patients across a variety of diagnoses including joint replacement/ortho aftercare, CVA, OA, DM, HTN, CHF, COPD, CKD, dementia, aftercare, amputation, surgical/non-surgical wounds, cancer, UTI, and PVD
• Every other weekend shift required unless noted otherwise
• No on-call responsibilities
• Float within scope of practice as needed
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers with home health experience accepted
• Maximum of 7 days of pre-approved time off per contract
• All requested time off must be finalized at time of submission; no schedule requests accepted post-offer or on-site
• If one or two major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work those holidays
• If three major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of them
• Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
