Telemetry RN Job in Tuba City, AZ

You will work in the acute care setting at Tuba City Regional, providing nursing care to pediatric patients of all ages. Your role involves completing nursing procedures that require professional knowledge and consideration for each patient's specific conditions and treatments.

As an RN, you will work independently to complete patient assignments while following physician's orders, standards of care, nursing policies and procedures manuals, and hospital policies. You will provide direct nursing support to patients and their families throughout your shifts.

Position Details:

• Shift: 3x12 nights
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: June 15, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,496.60

Requirements:

• Current RN license from any US state (Arizona state license not required)
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing
• Valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice in any state of the United States, Puerto Rico, or US territory
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from American Heart Association
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from American Heart Association
• Pediatric Trauma Care After Resuscitation (P-CAR) must be completed within 6 months of hire
• National Institutes of Health (NIH) NIHSS – NIH Stroke Scale must be completed within 6 months of hire
