Interventional Radiology Technologist Job in Phoenix, AZ

You will work as an Interventional Radiology Technologist at St Josephs Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning May 11, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 3x12 day shifts
• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Possible Saturday shifts as needed
• Weekly pay: $2,864.52
• No call requirements and no floating outside the Radiology department

Clinical Responsibilities

You will handle 5–10 cases per day across four procedure areas: 2 general IR suites, 1 spine IR room, and 2 neuro endovascular suites. Common procedures include GI/GJ tube placement, port placement, angiograms, lumbar punctures, myelograms, nephrostomy tubes, stents, IVC filters, and blood patches. Neuro endovascular procedures such as embolizations, stents, and stroke treatment experience is preferred but not required.

Sedation cases involve collaboration with 2 RNs and physicians. You will work with Philips Allera equipment and Medrad injector systems, and use Cerner EMR and DR (PACS) systems.

Required Qualifications

• Level I trauma experience
• ARRT (R) certification
• Arizona license MRTBE-CRT
• BLS certification

Preferred Experience

• Scrub experience
• Neuro endovascular procedures
• VI certificate (not required)
