Physical Therapist Job in Nashville, TN

ADEX Healthcare Staffing has a 84-day travel Physical Therapist position available at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. You'll work 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) and receive $2,037 weekly.

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities in inpatient or outpatient settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient mobility and functional outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records according to facility standards

You bring a Therapy degree and the credentials to practice as a Physical Therapist. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment, communicating effectively with patients and staff, and adapting treatment approaches based on patient response and facility protocols.
