Physical Therapist Job in Spartanburg, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health position with SRHS - Spartanburg Regional Post-Acute Services in Spartanburg, SC. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 22, 2026.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8 hour shifts)
• Weekly pay: $2,649.60
• Home health physical therapy setting
• Mileage reimbursement provided
• Guaranteed hours based on hours signed

Requirements:

• Current PT state license required (pending license accepted but must be obtained prior to start date)
• Minimum 1 year of home health physical therapy experience required
• BLS certification required
• Ability to serve patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Key Information:

• Float within scope to meet facility needs
• Daily census of 6 units
• All requested time off must be included on initial submission
• Strict attendance policy—more than two missed shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract cancellation
• Block schedule accommodations are not available
• No on-call requirements
