Case Management RN Job in Wichita, Kansas

Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas is seeking an RN Case Manager for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work day shift hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts required.

In this role, you will provide case management across two step-down units:

• CPCU (Cardiac Step-Down) — 3rd floor, specializing in cardiac patients including CABG and TAVR post-operative care
• PCU (Medical Step-Down) — 4th floor, serving a variety of medical step-down patients including some post-acute placements

Your responsibilities include conducting case management assessments, discharge planning, and working closely with consistent physicians and mid-level providers. You will manage a patient ratio of 1:14.

Requirements:

• Active Kansas RN licensure
• Minimum 1 year of current Case Manager RN experience
• BLS certification
• Meditech and Midas EMR experience strongly preferred
• Prior HCA case management or hospital experience preferred

You should be flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Compensation: $2,262 weekly. Assignment begins November 3, 2026.
