Registered Nurse - ER @ Sutter Health Delta Medical Center

<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - ER</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work three 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends<br>• Department will make every attempt to keep shifts at the same start time each week<br>• Patient ratios of 4:1 for days, nights, and weekends<br>• Care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics<br>• Work in 33-bed emergency department with daily census of 16 patients<br>• 24 hours of orientation required<br>• Epic charting system experience preferred<br>• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS (all must be AHA certified)<br>• California RN license required at time of submission<br>• Minimum 2 years of experience required<br>• Community hospital experience required<br>• Trauma Level II experience required<br>• Previous charge experience preferred<br>• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing<br>• 7-year work history verification required<br>• One holiday request will be approved<br>• Must complete non-billable modules during orientation (average 1-5 hours)</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive emergency department with 33 beds and provides care for patients of all ages from neonates to geriatrics.
