Special Procedures Tech - Radiology

Job Details:

• Work alternating day shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM and 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• On-call requirement: 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month with possible holiday coverage
• Work in 5 Interventional Radiology suites with 2 IR Techs and 1 IR RN
• Must be a graduate of a 24-month AMA approved school of Radiological Technology
• ARRT RT (R) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Expert knowledge of Vascular Interventional Radiology procedures with minimal guidance required
• Experience with Neuro Interventional procedures preferred (strokes, aneurysms, SAH)
• Work with 4 Siemens Bi-plane and 1 Siemens Single plane equipment
• Use Meditech EMR and GE Centricity PACS systems
• Must be self-motivated and able to work in fast-paced interventional lab environment
• Strong teamwork skills required
• Dress code: Black scrubs required
• Perform procedures including comprehensive stroke center cases, Level 1 trauma center procedures, and various interventional radiology procedures
