ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Pennsylvania or Compact nursing license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience preferred
• Patient ratio ranges from 1:1 to 3:1
• Patient population is adults and geriatrics with the majority of patients aged 50+
• Every other weekend requirement
• Floating required
• Charting system: EPIC experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Required skills: Management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, central line care/management, titrating cardiac drips, titrating vasoactive drips, BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, suctioning (ETT, NT), and isolation precautions/PPE
• NIH certification required
• Self-scheduling unit
• Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and more
