Med Surg RN Job in Lebanon, NH

You will work as an RN on a Medical-Surgical unit at D-H Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. This is a 13-week contract position with a 4x12 rotating shift schedule (day/night rotation) and on-call responsibilities. You will earn $3,328.80 per week for 48 hours of work per week.

Your role will involve caring for a diverse patient population with acute and chronic medical conditions. You will manage patients with sepsis, infectious processes, acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease (hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis), diabetes, GI issues, fluid and electrolyte imbalances, alcohol withdrawal, liver disease, substance misuse, and endocarditis. You will also care for patients with heart disease, skin and wound issues, and acute and chronic respiratory illnesses including COPD, flu, pneumonia, and Cystic Fibrosis.

D-H Medical Center is a nationally recognized Cystic Fibrosis center where adult CF patients requiring admission receive specialized care.

Required clinical competencies include:

• Chest tube management
• Administration and monitoring of tubes and drips including Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, and amiodarone
• Management of lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients
• Trach and laryngectomy care
• Telemetry monitoring
• Complex wound care
• Central line care, maintenance, and blood draws

You must have documented experience in all of these areas. This position is ideal for an RN who is comfortable working in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment with complex patient acuity and is ready to start on July 6, 2026.
