Physical Therapist Job in Lake Havasu City, AZ

Arizona Milemarkers Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to join their team in Lake Havasu City, AZ. You will provide specialized physical therapy services to pediatric patients with special needs while supervising a physical therapist assistant.

Schedule and Hours

• Monday through Thursday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with schedule flexibility
• 32-hour guarantee with opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct 30 to 60 minute treatment sessions with pediatric patients
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise physical therapist assistant staff
• Allocate 90 minutes daily for documentation and treatment planning in the EMR system
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists
• Work with a dedicated scheduling team that manages all appointment coordination

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience required

You will use the Raintree EMR system, which is transitioning to Practice Pro in 2026. The scheduling team handles all appointment logistics, allowing you to focus on patient care and clinical work. You will work alongside occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and therapy assistants in a collaborative environment.
