Occupational Therapist Job in Fayetteville, GA

You'll work in the hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation department at Piedmont Fayette Hospital, specializing in lymphedema care for a diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Schedule & Hours

• 4x10 days (Monday/Wednesday 9:45–18:15, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 7:30–16:00)
• No weekend or call requirements
• Daily census of 5–7 patients with a patient ratio of 5

Your Role

• Deliver direct patient care in lymphedema management and rehabilitation therapy
• Float within your scope of practice to acute care inpatient areas as needed
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, speech-language pathologists, wound care clinic staff, compression fitters, and lymphedema vendors
• Use Epic for patient charting

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist degree with current Georgia state license
• BLS certification
• NBCOT certification
• Lymphedema Certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience
• Epic charting system experience

Assignment Details

• Duration: 168 days
• Start date: June 22, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,592
• Orientation includes 4 non-billable hours plus specialty-specific training modules
• Holiday coverage required based on assignment length (1–2 holidays if they fall during your contract period)
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed; request must be finalized at submission
