OT - Therapy Rehab Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 hour shifts Monday through Friday
• Schedule: Monday/Wednesday 9:45 AM-6:15 PM, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
• No weekend or call requirements
• Must be certified in lymphedema and licensed in Georgia
• Required certifications: BLS, NBCOT, Lymphedema Certification
• 1 year of experience required - accepts first time travelers
• Patient ratio of 5 patients per day with daily census of 5-7 patients
• Work with adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Collaborate with OTs/OTAs, PT/PTAs, and SLP along with wound care clinic
• Work with compression fitter and lymphedema vendors
• Mix of diagnoses including patients requiring lymphedema care
• May float within facility to acute care inpatient facility as needed
• Expected to work major holidays that fall during assignment period
• Epic charting system experience required
• 4 orientation hours required
