CT Technologist Job in Cleveland, OH

You will work as a CT Technologist on the night shift at St John Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a 90-day travel assignment with 3x12 hour night shifts, paying $2,059.20 per week.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operate imaging equipment independently and perform diagnostic examinations across multiple radiology modalities
• Provide diagnostic patient care services, working actively in more than one imaging modality
• Deliver age-specific care to patients ranging from neonates through geriatrics
• Follow hospital and department safety protocols including ALARA, Image Gently, and Image Wisely
• Perform equipment quality control and maintain accurate database and log records
• Manage daily department operations including patient scheduling, equipment maintenance, and quality assessment
• Report equipment failures and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Enter and complete correct billing codes in the RIS system
• Maintain current licensure and continue education requirements
• Work independently while demonstrating competency in patient and technical imaging skills

Required qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or completion of an accredited 2-year program in Radiologic Technology
• Current Ohio state license
• BCLS certification
• ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS certification in at least one modality
• One or more years of experience in your first radiology modality

Physical demands: You will stand and walk frequently, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and maintain constant eye, hand, and foot coordination throughout your shift.
